Winnie Kemp creates original universes and brings fresh perspective to existing ones—from co-creating cult podcast Modes of Thought in Anterran Literature to extending Zack Snyder's Rebel Moon franchise for Netflix audio, adapting Ambie-nominated The Imperfection for TV with Atomic Monster, and writing a short film in the world of Kpop Demon Hunters for Sony Animation. She's also developed projects with Monkeypaw, Higher Ground, Seven Bucks and 3AD. She is currently a fellow in the Rideback Rise program and her newest work, The Double[s], won the Audio Fiction Prize at Tribeca this year. A writer drawn to the bleeding edge of storytelling, she loves to experiment with new media formats; she created two web3 storytelling projects for Jumpcut Media, wrote 120 AI-generated comic books for Stride Learning, and penned an interactive VR project for Moth and Flame. Her AI narrative short, The Pier, won runner up for Best Short Film at AIFF Amsterdam. An emerging director, she recently finished her third short film, ROSABELLE, BELIEVE.
