ABOUT
House of Mezze had a young social presence made for Gen Z. Over two weeks my job was to make it more grown up without losing the audience it was built for. I wrote a social media plan that adds high-end formats to their existing concept, and conceived and produced a brand film for their Crispy Shawarma: 100% AI, 46 seconds, vertical. The spit gets carved, the meat goes macro, and the sauce, which the managing director had very exact opinions about, is poured with the respect it was clearly owed.

PROCESS
A product film only earns its keep if people recognise the product. My reference for the Crispy Shawarma was a set of phone photos, and the managing director had a precise picture of the sauce in mind. I turned those photos into a controlled reference system across Nano Banana Pro, Seedream 5.0 Pro and GPT Image 2.0, and checked bread structure, browning, filling and sauce separately, iteration by iteration. The crispy bread is what makes the product, and I wasn't going to let a model smooth it over. Once all four matched, the frames went into Seedance 2.0 for motion.
