ABOUT
ViCAP is a cap that keeps active ingredients separate until the moment you use them, so they don't lose their performance. About a week and dozens of discarded ideas went into making a cap feel bigger than a cap. I landed on high-performance sport: an ice climber on a frozen waterfall, bearded vultures over alpine peaks, and an avalanche that stands for the release of the ingredients. The claim: "The Cap That Keeps Up With You." A self-initiated pitch film, 100% AI, with me as Creative Director and Concept Lead.

PROCESS
A fast sports film eats assets, and the budget was tight. I built the start frames in Weavy, a node-based canvas where they appeared in storyboard order while still generating, so gaps in the sequence showed up early. The frames themselves came from Nano Banana Pro, Seedream 5.0 Pro and GPT Image 2.0. Motion came from Seedance 2.0, and for camera moves I used Higgsfield Cinema Studio 3.0, which kept them simple and cut down on exploration. The master runs 60 seconds in 9:16, built so product-only and mountain-only cuts of around 25 seconds can be pulled from it.
