PROCESS
Season 2 started with a redesign. After Season 1, I rebuilt Captain Min from the ground up — a new character bible with fixed visual keywords for her face, bob haircut, and tactical gear, so she stays consistent across every shot and every episode. Each episode was written as a full screenplay first, then broken into scenes. I boarded every scene in GPT Image before generating any video, locking composition, camera angle, and lighting at the storyboard stage. Video was generated in Seedance with a fixed prompt structure — subject, environment, camera, lighting, style, motion — keeping environment keywords identical for recurring locations like Mokpojin fortress. I threw away anything where her face drifted, where the undead looked too clean, or where the camera moved without a story reason. The grade was matched against a cold, desaturated night palette with warm fire as the only accent. Every stage, from screenplay to final edit, was done solo, drawing on my background in motion graphics design.
