Skyglass is a near-future science fiction drama series. It is a hybrid production—real actors were filmed on a placeholder set, then all environments were replaced using AI, preserving actor performances.

PROCESS
I wrote the script, hired professional actors, and shot in a placeholder location. Then, for each scene: - I put together a few seconds from each camera angle and pass the video through Seedance 2.5 with a detailed prompt describing the new environment. It a coherent environment that is consistent across cuts. - I capture a still from each camera angle and use it as a reference with Seedance 2.0 Fast or Wan 3.0 to replace the background in every shot of the scene.
