Wolfmate helps companies build a strong safety culture and sustainably reduce accident rates. Founded by Tatjana Draese, the company combines scientifically grounded methods like Hearts & Minds with modern approaches from New View Safety. At the core is the Safety Culture Trail, a four-step process moving from analysis to strategy to lasting implementation within organizations. Wolfmate positions itself as a leadership partner, shifting safety from rule-based compliance to a genuinely lived culture. As part of this rebrand, we redesigned Wolfmate's complete corporate design. Out of this process, the film featuring the wolves was created.
