Pet health, unified. The first mobile platform to ship an entire cast, not just a bot. Most wellness apps rely on dry graphs or a single, generic digital assistant. FitFur wanted to completely transform pet parenting by bringing activity tracking, training, tele-vet consults, commerce, and community into one intuitive, avatar-led mobile app. Because AvatarsGlobal houses character designers, voice artists, and software developers under the exact same roof, we took on the entire vision end-to-end. We didn’t just create 3D assets or hand off code for someone else to figure out; we designed the characters, gave them distinct voices, and built the full-stack mobile application they live in. The result is an engaging, deeply personalized platform that makes monitoring pet health feel second nature.

PROCESS
A Diverse Avatar Cast (Kat, Adam, Cleo & Dash): Rather than forcing every user to interact with the same generic avatar, we crafted an entire cast of four unique characters - each with their own tailored visual design, voice profile, and temperament. A seasoned vet nurse wanting clear medical data and a nine-year-old child learning pet care responsibilities can each choose the companion who fits their style. Modular "Plug-and-Play" Character Architecture: We engineered the avatar framework to be fully decoupled from core app logic. Adding a new character down the road is purely a creative content decision, never an expensive software rebuild. Unified Device Integration Layer: Pet wearables are notoriously fragmented. We built a custom data layer that syncs and normalizes live streams across smart collars and biometric trackers - unifying heart rate, activity, sleep quality, and GPS location into one single health record per animal. Actionable Longevity Engine: Continuous biometric data is only useful if owners know what to do with it. We built an intelligent scoring engine that translates raw vitals into plain-English, actionable steps owners can take every day to extend their pet’s lifespan. Full-Spectrum Mobile App: We wired the characters directly into every layer of the product - from booking tele-vet sessions and following training routines to purchasing prescribed nutrition seamlessly in-app. Got an ambitious app concept that needs both memorable character design and heavy-duty engineering?
