From raw concept to a clinically grounded platform in nine months. When the founder of AverCare came to us, they had a powerful vision: an intelligent companion that could translate complex health data into clear, compassionate everyday guidance. What they didn't have was a brand, a character, or a working product. They had already spoken with other technology partners, but bridging the gap between deeply empathetic character design and hardened healthcare software is something very few teams can pull off. Because we house character artists, voice designers, brand teams and software engineers in the exact same building, we took AverCare from zero to launch in just nine months - building the brand, the persona, and the entire secure platform underneath it.

PROCESS
Character & Voice Design: We created Aver from the ground up - sculpting their visual identity and engineering a custom, calming voice. Aver isn't a stiff avatar; they are a reassuring presence designed to help users feel comfortable discussing sensitive health topics. Grounded Clinical Intelligence: General AI models hallucinate; medical companions cannot. We engineered a proprietary retrieval system anchored strictly in validated clinical literature, allowing Aver to understand a user’s unique baseline and explain biomarkers in plain, reassuring English. Live Biometric Integrations: We wired Aver directly into everyday wearables and native biometric devices, turning raw data streams into meaningful, real-time insights. Human-in-the-Loop Safeguards: Technology should support healthcare, not replace clinical judgment. We built automated escalation triggers so that if anomalies arise, Aver seamlessly routes the user to a qualified medical professional. Compliance from Sprint One: Instead of scrambling to patch security at the end, we engineered SOC 2 controls and HIPAA safeguards straight into the architecture from day one, guiding the platform through readiness and straight into audit certification.
