PROCESS
El Primer Aplauso started with a single image (a man taking his bow, then the childhood that got him there) was built to its rhythm. Every frame was generated with AI. I designed the stills in Nano Banana Pro, animated them in Seedance 2.0, and did the edit and grade in DaVinci Resolve. What I threw away was mostly anything that looked "rendered": plastic skin, perfect light. I wanted it to feel remembered, not designed. The grade does the storytelling. I split the 49 seconds into four color worlds: a warm, dense present on stage; amber, softer memories of childhood; a cold, desaturated present for the failed audition; and amber with deep blacks again for the triumph. A film-gate overlay marks only the memories. The final close-up on the actor's smile is the most saturated frame in the piece, and that was on purpose. Sound was built in layers: breathing, a heartbeat, and the applause, which only lands fully at the end.
