ABOUT
The Red Pirate began as a 10-minute experiment I created during the AI Creative Challenge hosted by The One Club for Creativity × Google. I was fascinated by how quickly an idea could take shape in such a short time. After the challenge, I returned to the concept and developed it into this polished version, refining the visual design, cinematic language, pacing, and world-building beyond the original experiment. A small idea born in 10 minutes, then given more time to find its own world.

Building the World — Production Design After the initial 10-minute experiment, I returned to the concept to refine its visual design, cinematic language, pacing, and world-building. The production design shown here includes Marisol’s character design—costume turnaround, face detail, and mechanical right arm—and The Dawdler airship, with its blue wooden hull and silver balloon.
