A short film based on my op-ed originally publish on VG, Norway. A very personal piece, also voiced by myself.
PROCESS
The screenplay was based on an article I wrote for a Norwegian newspaper a few years ago. The origami-inspired visual style came from my own interpretation of the story,. a way of turning its emotional and thematic layers into a physical, folded world. I first developed the core visual assets and locations, then used these as the foundation for the video model generations. In that sense, the process was less about prompting a finished film in one step, and more about building a set of visual ingredients that could guide the film’s world, tone and movement.
