A doctor no longer finds satisfaction in saving lives. His obsessive God complex leads to a world of manipulation, pain and betrayal. WARNING - This is a horror short film. The visuals are intended to be disturbing. The film contains depictions of blood and gore. This is a full short film with consistent characters, world building and storytelling. I have tried my best to show you what is currently possible with AI for cinematic storytelling by using a range of services to bring it all to life. RH-NULL is based off a real blood type which is the rarest in the world. Of course, I added my own creative spin to the narrative. As someone who has grown up enjoying horror from movies to videos games (Resident Evil, The Last Of Us, Silent Hill, The Evil Within), I wanted to step into the directors chair and tackle the genre as well. A hospital setting is something I've always wanted to explore. The short film is 8 minutes long but total run time including post credits scene brings it to 11 minutes. Enjoy!

PROCESS
RH-NULL was created in 2 weeks. That covers research, script, image and video generation and editing. It was created by one person, myself. As a horror fan, it's been a film and setting I've always wanted to explore. In 2025 AI tools have improved a great deal with handling consistency and overall quality of video generation so working on RH-NULL felt like a dream come true. RH-NULL required proper research to understand a real and very rare blood type and then I spent more time figuring out how I can add my own spin to the narrative. I do my best to always focus on crafting a compelling but disturbing story. Enjoy! What tools were used for it's creation?
