Two retrieval specialists race an avalanche on a snowmobile to recover a bright green suitcase, then arrive at the airport looking as though it was just another delivery. An action-comedy take on a simple brand promise: luggage returned. A dept5.com original spec commercial for Handled, an invented premium lost-luggage retrieval service. 100% created by the dept5.com team. All creative and production work was handled in-house: concept development, character design, world design, scriptwriting, direction, AI visual production, editing, sound design, voiceover, and music.
