Here I filmed, horizontal and vertical video of the condo model suite and mixed it with an AI avatar to introduce and explain the details about the property. AI Tools used: GPT Image 1.5, Nano Banana, Heygen, Eleven Labs and Suno.
PROCESS
The model suite was filmed in Montreal, in open Gate 4K resolution format, allowing both horizontal and vertical content to be cut from one set of footage. The real footage was mixed with an AI powered avatar to explain and sell the condo development.
