The Scent of Autumn is an absurdist fragrance film inspired by the David Lynch-directed Obsession campaign, monumental brutalist architecture, and the tactile beauty of classic Hollywood creature effects. Vampires, witches, mummies, werewolves, and Frankenstein's monster are treated with complete sincerity, photographed as if they belong in an iconic 90s perfume commercial. My entry in Runway's second Big Ad Contest for Products that Don't Exist.
