Aura Boulevard
ABOUT
Synthetic Architecture designed the Aura Boulevard Villas Development as an integrated gated community along the 120m Road, combining villas, landscape, roads, entrance, and daily facilities into one coherent spatial system. The architecture is contemporary, with subtle classical influences expressed through proportion, rhythm, facade depth, and shadow. Four villa types, from approximately 250 m² to 600 m², are planned with private gardens, sheltered parking, shaded spaces, and a strong sense of privacy. Sustainability, cost efficiency, and landscape comfort shape the overall design.

PROCESS
It was a though decision process where we may have produced at least 5000 stills to choose from and end up with nearly 100 project images to be ready to publish. The process is very systematically add the design style and try to get a low quality 3d modeled spaces and buildings rendered with AI. As architects, the rendering is the most painful part of the design process and this new system streamlined it. Yet at least 4 months of work there to make a perfect conceptual design.
