The brief was to show how, with a Jack Multi-Tool, most of life's small disasters don't need an expert, just the right tool. So, we decided to enlist the help of Frank, an alien who is arguably our galaxy’s biggest tool. In the spot we watch as he manages to upset a number of people in his community, yet still he’s invited back again and again because of his Jack Multi-Tool, a tool so advanced it might as well be from outer space.
