PROCESS
I began with a 12-shot storyboard structured around three stages: control, interruption and release. For each shot, I generated and tested multiple visual variations using GPT Image, Nano Banana and Seedream. I selected the final frames based on character consistency, footwear accuracy, lighting, composition and continuity between scenes. Images with identity drift, distorted product details, anatomy issues or weak visual storytelling were discarded. The selected frames were animated in Kling AI, refined and upscaled in Topaz, then edited, colour-matched, and sound-designed in CapCut.
