A clear job for every tool. The production was built around a simple sequence: decide, establish the references, measure the voice, generate the acts, review, and assemble. MCP handled image generation, Seedance video generation, and the voiceover. 01 Script and direction Start with the spoken idea. Decide what the audience needs to understand, then give each point a visible action. 02 Reference images · MCP Generate and lock the five character references and the Filmstrip Canyon location plate before asking for motion. 03 Voiceover · MCP Use ElevenLabs Eleven v3 with Wit, a British voice, in one continuous read. Measure the recording before locking the act count. 04 Video · MCP Generate eight ten-second acts with Seedance 2.5, using character and location references. The working clips are 480p, framed for 16:9, with scene audio enabled. 05 Review and assembly · FFmpeg Review each act, conform the clips, trim picture to the narration, and retain a quieter layer of the generated scene sound.
