A young Indonesian flight attendant, stranded at sea, cannot reach her sick daughter. A 15 minute supernatural psychological thriller rooted in Indonesian folklore, written, directed and produced solo, built entirely on Runway with Seedance 2 and Kling 3. Proof of concept for a feature in development, screened to financiers at the Cannes Marché du Film 2026.

PROCESS
Built entirely on Runway, from first shot to final cut, as the proof of concept for a feature. The key technique was layered staging: for scenes with several characters, the background action was generated first as a separate clip, then used as a reference when generating the main scene. This kept every character consistent and the geography of the scene coherent, kept each prompt lean, and let Seedance adapt the pacing of the foreground action to dialogue already running in the background.
