Mara started with her face. I spent three days designing and refining it, generating and editing until her features felt specific rather than generically "AI beautiful". From there I built a full character sheet: the same face across different angles, expressions and lighting, so every new image has a solid identity reference to anchor to. Each shoot is generated in Runway with Nano Banana Pro/2 and chatgpt 2.5 sunburst, using the character sheet as the only identity reference. My prompts follow a fixed structure: identity, setting, styling, pose, expression, lighting, color and framing, always written like a photographer's brief rather than a list of keywords. The aesthetic is deliberate: direct flash, film grain and real skin texture instead of the smooth, airbrushed look typical of AI images. Every output is reviewed critically before it's published. I check hands, anatomy, jewelry and background details, then fix what doesn't work through targeted edits or post-production.
