ABOUT

You’re My Worst Best Friend is an original animated comedy about Mogg, a mischievous green elf, and Alice, a sharp-witted black cat. Their chaotic friendship turns everyday situations into playful disasters, but no matter how badly things go, they remain inseparable. I developed the original concept, characters, visual style, story and animation using generative AI tools.

PROCESS

full production. I developed the concept, characters and visual direction from scratch, starting with story beats and key frames for the videos. I used ChatGPT Image to establish the characters, environments and expressions, then animated the selected frames with Seedance 2.5. The main challenge was maintaining character consistency across different shots while preserving expressive performances and comedic timing. I refined the prompts and regenerated scenes where faces, proportions, clothing or visual continuity drifted.
