ABOUT

SALVAGER is an original underwater science-fiction feature project — a solitary salvager and her aging AI vessel diving through drowned cities in a world that has run out of fresh water — and its trailer is 100% AI-generated. The story is ours from the ground up: an original idea the three of us developed together, with Craig DiFolco leading the writing and direction and Michael Izquierdo shaping the story, while I led the generative work, and cut the piece — the look, the world, the characters and the vessel, every frame built with generative tools and then edited like any other film. Between us there are decades of directing, acting and editing; that's the part that doesn't change. What changes is the process: collaborative, genuinely fun, and fast enough to keep up with an idea instead of outliving it.
