ABOUT
"Fragile" is a cinematic poem dedicated to the fleeting nature of existence. It is a visual meditation on impermanence—an attempt to capture those delicate, ephemeral moments that slip away the very second they are born. This artistic impression invites the viewer to pause, breathe, and reflect on the subtle, transient beauty of life. Beyond its poetic message, this project serves as a testament to the rapid evolution of creative technology. It proves that current Artificial Intelligence tools have reached a level of maturity that fully enables the realization of such deeply emotional, atmospheric, and visually coherent films entirely from scratch.

PROCESS
FRAGILE is a three-minute black-and-white impression of ballet. It isn't a performance on stage, it's what the body goes through to look weightless. I come from photography, so I started the way I would with a dance shoot: [rehearsal-room light / a single hard source / a black stage], high contrast, grain, no colour to hide behind. Black and white strips the costume and spectacle away and leaves only line, tension and breath. The stills were built in [Nano Banana Pro / Seedream] and animated in [Seedance 2.5 / Kling 3.0]. Dance is the hardest thing to ask of an AI video model: limbs multiply, feet slide, turns break physics. So I didn't chase choreography. I chose short gestures instead: an arm unfolding, a held balance, a breath before the jump, a foot in a worn pointe shoe. Most takes were rejected because the body stopped being believable. Music: [Suno / other]. I generated about 130 takes and kept 25.
